PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 CONSENT

I/We acknowledge that for administrative, safety and/or record-keeping purposes, Malaysian Nature Society Selangor Branch (MNSSB) and/or its volunteers will need to request, collect, use and retain my/our personal information. I/we confirm that I/we understand their reasons for requesting my/our personal information and expressly consent to MNSSB collecting, using and retaining my/our personal information solely for the purposes listed above. I/we further understand that MNSSB will not share my/our personal information with any other third party except those strictly on a need-to-know basis. Should there be any changes to any of my relevant personal information, I/we shall notify MNSSB immediately.
