Report: Nature Journaling (May 2024)

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Nature Journaling programme led by Mr. Joshua Chow on 18 May 2024 from 8:30am till 11:30am. We received 20 registrations (11 non-members, 9 members) with 70% turnout. Non-members were charged RM20.00 per head. Joshua's introduction was truly enlightening, and the process of creating our drawings sparked some deep self-reflection. Garden plants, especially ornamentals are common. An interesting hemi-parasitic plant, Loranthus was sighted growing on a branch of green Bucida, overhanging our gathering point. It was a delightful surprise how our journal presentations evolved into a rich exchange of philosophical and scientific ideas!
